The restaurant is located in the old mill, where the mechanism used to be. Entirely in stone with terracotta floors, a large fireplace with a wide bay window, the old and the modern blend perfectly.

With a seating capacity of 30, it opens onto a terrace by the river. Throughout the seasons, dine with your feet in the water or by the cozy fireplace.

Riverside Terrace

On sunny days, the terrace awaits you to savor delicious dishes lulled by the soothing sound of the water. Each season brings its own aromas, colors, and a different rhythm.

Lounge chairs by the riverside provide the perfect opportunity to unwind with a good book after the spa.

Breakfast

In the old mill, by the fireside or on the terrace by the river in fine weather, your breakfast will be served every morning from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM.

You’ll have a choice of different organic fruit nectars, homemade honey, artisanal jams from “La Trinquelinette,” pancakes, organic teas, coffees, and hot chocolate.

Accompanied by a seasonal fruit salad, a selection of bread and pastries, dried fruits, homemade sweet cakes and tarts, Morvan charcuterie, organic eggs, farmhouse cottage cheese, as well as fresh products from the “Les Formes de Pierrette et Élevage des Crêtes”. Your breakfast will be a delightful awakening!

Biodynamic Wine from the Mill

‘The cuvée des Templiers’ taste the French Terroir, a light, fruity wine with hints of red fruits, pepper, complemented by a subtle touch of minerality.

Since 2014, Eric has been living his childhood dream of becoming a winemaker.
Our vineyards, certified Organic, AOP Vézelay with Chardonnay and Pinot Noir cépages.

What is Biodynamics agriculture?

Pruning the vines, soil work, racking, and bottling are carried out according to the lunar cycle. Dynamization, the spraying of natural preparations, and manual harvesting in small containers eliminate the need for inputs.

Ground cover and the planting of bee-friendly hedges help prevent soil erosion, preserve organic matter, and promote biodiversity.
Vertical trellising and the integration of fruit trees within the vineyard help protect the vines from climate change.

For the whites grapes, its unstemmed and pressed directly into stainless steel tanks, and the vinification of reds are destemmed and foot-pressed; all of which is aged for 8 months in the finest oak barrels from the Tronçais forest.

Restaurant opens every evening except Sundays (service from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM).

Production and sale of our biodynamic Vézelay wine.
