Our restaurant, located in the valley of the cousin between Avallon and Vézelay, offers 3 formulas accompanied by our wine in biodynamic.

- For health reasons, our teams will not be able to store or warm dishes from outside the establishment (excluding baby food or medicines)
- Accessible to guests outside the hotel (on reservation) on 03.86.34.10.80
- Restaurant open every evening except Sunday (service from 7pm to 9pm)

Breakfast buffet (healthy, balanced, homemade, zero waste):
You will have the choice between the different organic fruit nectars, «honey of Morvan Bio» from Vignaud , artisanal jams «la Trinquelinette», pancakes, organic teas, coffees, organic hot chocolate.
Accompanied by seasonal fruit salad, selection of breads and pastries, dried fruits, homemade sweet cakes, Morvan charcuteries, organic egg, farmer’s white cheese but also fresh products from the cheese dairy «Pauline’s sheep», your breakfast will wake you up in style!
